Qolsys IQ Panel 2 reset without code


I rented our house and when the renter left they didn’t provide the code that they used. Now I’m stuck with the red alarm screen. I reactivated the panel to my surety account.

Is there a way for surety to help? Alarm.com said that I need to contact Surety for the solution.

It looks like this panel was successfully connected to Alarm.com again. If the panel has been reconnected and communicating with Alarm.com you can send a command through the ADC app or website to disarm at any time. Then you can change the master user code under the Users page. That master code is the one tied to your name.
