I need my image sensors to be configured for low sensitivity. I’m told only the dealer can adjust this on their end.
Happy to help! Yes that is correct, we can adjust the sensitivity to either Low, Normal, or High.
Commands have been sent to set the sensitivity of all image sensors tied to your account to Low. Please allow about 5-10 minutes for these commands to take effect.
That was lightning fast. Thanks for taking care of that. I don’t understand why Qolsys doesn’t integrate a way for the installer/end user to do this from the web or panel.
