Is there a module that provides dry contact relay outputs that will Interface with the Qolsys 2+? I can only find input modules.
To best assist we would need to know the general application. There is no plug-and-play product that will read sensor/alarm information from the panel and trip relays, but there is always the option of tripping a relay via a Z-wave switch and automation rules.
The panel has a Siren relay which is a dry relay, but is not programmable, and only supports specific power limits.
I am looking to provide intelligent garage door control with a relay output that shorts the opener contacts on command an IQ door sensor that detects the garage door being closed and a IQ tilt sensor that detects if the garage door is open. I have done this in the past with an Elk panel.
Not 100% sure what rules you would have had set up, but there isn’t a need to rig something like that via relays and extra sensors.
Alarm.com has compatible garage automation options. Using a MyQ universal hub might be an option depending on the garage opener, or the GD00Z (an S0 version like the GD00Z-5 would be needed for the current IQ Panel 2+ firmware)

I have a generic Linear opener. I am looking for the following features:
- Door open / close capability from Qolsys panel and Qolsys keyfob.
- Door open / close not available when the alarm panel is armed. I shouldn’t be able to open the door when the system is armed.
- Panel shows whether door is open or closed.
- Warning/beep on panel when door has been opened for longer than 15 minutes.

Either MyQ or Linear Z-wave option would be controllable from the IQ Panel 2+. Neither from a keyfob.

This is not an option, however you can set up Alarm.com notifications for that same effect, if the door has been left open for a specified time length.
Genie offers the Aladdin Connect. Which shows alarm.com support. Does the Qolsys panel have any interoperability with it?

Can the extra buttons on the Qolsys IQ-Fob-S be used to control the Qolsys IQ Outlet?
Genie Aladdin Connect can be linked to ADC but it would not be visible or controllable on the panel.
