Q44 not reset after initial setup

Hi I just switched services from vivint and everything is up and running with a new modem.
Ive run the cell test which from what I understand should reset Q44 but I’m unable to access the System Configuration section under Installer Toolbox.

you should have received a email (icon on screen), it will tell your login, and you will not be able to use the default Vivint installer code. You should have changed it.

sometimes it takes a few to get the airfx update to panel, which should have reset it.

Yes, it does often take 10 to 20 minutes to get all commands down initially. This would be after you have connected at the start using a cell phone test. Have you been able to access config now?
