It would appear that the problem was related to a recent move by Alarm.com. Push device information has been moved, in part, to Notifications -> Manage Devices. This appears to have been the cause for the incorrect URL that was being seen with the master user. Are you able to navigate to the appropriate page now?
While the page I see is still different than that of ;sub users login, I am now able to edit the push devices under the notification tab as you suggested. Thank you!
