Push Device (Galaxy 24FE) not showing in desktop UI

Trying to add Galaxy 24FE to desktop UI push devices list.
Push noti’s are turned on in phone Alarm.com app.

Does not show in list of push devices in Alarm.com desktop (with Surety logo in upper left) (Notifications>push devices)

Logged in and out of both apps both devices multiple times, waited 1 hr, etc.

It is a 787 Puerto Rico phone number.

The number has been listed as my mobile in “Users” for 1 year+

Looks like you have multiple accounts with multiple Push devices listed as Samsung. To better assist, which account are you accessing?

Are you receiving Push Notifications to that device?

the one with “nat” in the name. I just turned on push on the device today. It’s not showing device in the desktop UI, so no, not receiving. Been using it for over a year without push notis. Thanks

If you open your phone settings and navigate to Notifications > App Notifications > Alarm.com > Notification categories, are all notification categories enabled there?
