Purchased IQ 4 Device - Registered or Unregistered?

Hello I purchased an IQ 4 device with my home and the previous owner said that he made sure the equipment could be reused.

  1. Could someone please confirm that the device is ready for use by Surety services? IMEI:{removed}.
  2. It’s an IQ 4 Panel but the model number is IQ Panel 4088 I could not find any information about this and whether it supports PowerG (~900mhz) sensors.

The IMEI that you shared reports as still being linked to an active Alarm.com account. This means the provider has not cancelled the old owner’s Alarm.com account yet. The original owner would need to reach out to their service provider to get that cancelled.

The IQP4088 is a model of the IQ Panel 4 which is manufactured for a specific dealer, and from user reports it does not come with a PowerG daughtercard. A PowerG daughtercard would need to be installed to use PowerG devices.

If you use a search engine to search IQ Card-PG or the model number QC0008-840 there should be a couple options that come up for that card.
