Is the ADC-T3000 smart thermostat still available? Not seeing it on the products page.

Also, the stats you do sell will shut down the HVAC fan if smoke is detected, right? Pretty sure I saw a thread on that saying so.
It is still compatible so if you have one or find one elsewhere you could use it, but it is discontinued and I wouldn’t recommend it over the thermostats in production. Supplemental isolation relays are a somewhat common requirement for the T3000 due to the extreme sensitivity of its digital relays to power variations.

Yes, this is an option in Alarm.com for the Z-wave thermostats.
