Alarm.com added a new feature to AI Deterrence (AID) that makes the service even smarter and more realistic. Progressive Responses allow AID’s AI-generated voice messages to escalate in a natural way when needed, starting with a neutral message and progressing to stronger warnings when someone continues to linger in a protected area. Users can configure two or three response stages, creating an even more natural and effective deterrence experience while reducing unnecessary confrontations. When paired with Cam Pro video monitoring, events can also be forwarded to the monitoring station throughout the escalation process for professional intervention when needed.
