Are the cameras discovered when viewing the video page but the pairing fails?
What color is the status LED on the cameras, and is it flashing or solid?
When pairing cameras, sometimes the Alarm.com website will have more context in error messages displayed during the process.
If you try the setup process on a computer/tablet on the Alarm.com website, can you provide any error message that you are seeing during the process?
