Problem Sending Commands

I’m not able to communicate alarm panel to send signal to cell phone, I’ve already performed the cell phone test on the alarm panel per directions and watched the live video . I had no problems previously until the service was disconnected totally. I’ve gone through the alarm.com software and added the necessary input without success of alarm panel communicating with the cellphone as before.

Your assistance would be appreciated.

Looking at the last few days of history for this account, I’m not seeing any failed commands at all. (all of the sent commands are reporting as acknowledged by the panel)

Are you saying that none of the commands are taking effect at the panel?

Can you try sending an arm or disarm command and reply with when you sent it and whether the panel responded?
