I was looking at the Surety Home Alarm Plan which says on the website that its $22/mo (Smart Home Automation & Security Plans | Surety).
I am purchasing the IQ 4 panel hub and 6 window/door sensors; that’s all. When I go to check out its saying $24/mo and adding another $5 Professional Monitoring charge. Why is there a discrepancy? Thanks!
We currently have a deal where each panel purchase comes with a free month of Surety Complete. You can activate that subscription and then after activation you can change your plan as desired if you do not need the Complete features.
You could change it to Home right after you set up and activate the panel. There is no charge to downgrade and you can edit your plan at any time 24/7 after activation within our system manager.
