Powerseries Neo Go App "session terminated by server"

I have for few years the alarm system DSC Powerseries Neo and never had problem before to connect the my alarm system with the Powerseries Neo Go App on my iPhone. Since a few days I can not connect anymore… I receive this error message… “session terminated by server”. Can anybody can help me with this. It would really appreciated…

Is ur cellular communicator a 3g unit or is it lte

It’s via internet threw the communication module
