This will correspond with a condition of either a dirty sensing element or internal fault. Your dealer should be able to diagnose. Check the trouble status on the panel in the menu.

Pg9936 smoke trouble

So today at 2:01p I got an alert saying “fire sensor trouble.” Checking the panel I see 2 trouble statuses for my smoke sensor. One says “trouble” and the other says “dirty.” I did what the manual said to vacuum with a small brush head. The manual also says that the trouble will clear after 4 hours however it is now 6:47p and still in trouble condition. To make it worse the thing keeps beeping every 48 seconds, which is extremely annoying! Please HELP!
