"PowerG Card Communication Failed" Error when adding Door/window sensors

I am trying to add PG9303 Door/Window sensors to my IQ4 panel.
If I try to add by scanning the QR code, I get “PowerG Card Communication Failed - Please Check PowerG Card (Error Code #-1)”.
If I try to add manually, PowerG doesn’t appear in the Source options, so I can’t add the correct 7 digit DL ID.

Can someone tell me how to check the card?

On our end your panel does report only a 319.5Mhz daughtercard installed. (in addition to Z-wave radio). No PowerG card is detected and reported by the panel on our end.

If you navigate to Settings > Advanced Settings > System Tests > Daughter card Test. PowerG card should be an option if one is installed.
