Power Outage IQ4 panel does not reconnect to AC power when power is restored?

After a prolonged power outage (an hour or more), my Qolsys IQ4 panel does not reconnect to AC power, cellular link, bluetooth or wi-fi. To reconnect I have to do an Advanced Settings reboot and then everything comes back up. This has happened twice. Short power interruptions do not seem to be an issue.

Do you know what firmware version your panel is currently on? If not on the latest, I would recommend you update to 4.6.1.
