I currently have a Honeywell 5618OD sensor and wired my Dakota Alert Driveway alarm to the loop 1 normally-closed (NC) hardwired switch to it so it can integrate with ADC notifications. I have had problems with my IQ4 giving me a weak signal notice and sometimes dropping the device connection. If you look at my system it is labeled as Zone 23: Driveway ADC Relay.
I have replaced the batteries, but the transmission signal continues to fluctuate.
My IQ4 has 345 MHz and 915 MHz chips so it would allow me to use a Power G sensor and give me a stronger signal. Do you know if Power G makes a “5618 type” sensor with NC hardwired switch?
