Please remove the Kwikset locked called “garage door” lock - I will reinstall it. Thank you.
Happy to help and send a command, however for Z-wave devices remote delete commands will only work if the device is powered off and 100% unreachable by the network. If it is just having malfunctions or some signal trouble, it will not work.
Also note that you will still need to perform the Remove Device procedure locally in order to re-install it, as Z-wave devices save parent network info, and a remote deletion does not clear this.
