Have you already removed the Rain Bird controller from the Rain Bird app? Alarm.com advised that it would need to be removed in the Rain Bird app, and should sync the removal to your Alarm.com account afterwards.
Once the old controller has been removed, a Rachio controller can be added to Alarm.com without us needing to add it. The steps to do so can be found in the guide below.
