please add level 2 video to my account

I sent an email request to customer service to add level 2 video to my account over the weekend. As of today, two working days later it hasn’t been added… What else do I need to do to ensure that this gets taken care of?
I’m going to go on record here to say how much I dislike the fact that this company has done away with live customer service via phone…

Alarm.com Cloud Video is offered in tiers. Each additional level of service adds data storage for 5000 clips and support for 4 additional cameras.
