I purchased an old bank building last year with masonry construction, three entrances and a footprint of about 5000 sq. ft. I am upgrading a defunct DSC system (3G) with 433mHz wireless components like WS4945NA and WS4904P. The only item wired item in the security can is the alarm horn.
I believe we will need:
5x door contacts (have 3)
3x glass break sensors
4 motion detectors (have 3)
2 smoke alarms
I would like to reuse the existing 433mhz components if possible.
MY HVAC controller supports Zigbee, so I would like to fold that in as well if possible for the creation of scenes. (though I am reading it is not currently).
I was reading about the IQ2 system and the app features seem promising.
Our insurance company requires remote monitoring via cellular service on our system.
Is the Qolsys IQ 2 system appropriate for such an application? What level of service would you recommend?

The Qolsys IQ Panel 2+ QS9201-4208-840 includes a 433MHz radio and a PowerG radio for communication with wireless sensors.
It would be able to use the 433Mhz sensors already installed and you could obtain additional 433MHz DSC sensors as needed.
If range becomes an issue, or you are interested in encrypted wireless sensors, you can use PowerG sensors to fill the gaps as they offer increased range over the 433MHz sensors.

Currently, Zigbee is not supported on the Qolsys panel or Alarm.com.

The Qolsys panel communicates primarily with a 4G LTE cell module but can use built in Wi-Fi for dual path communication.

Yes, It would meet your needs and then some as you have described them. The Surety Alarm plan would allow for remote control of the alarm system for security functions (remote arming/disarming, sensor activity notifications, etc). If home automation control is needed as well (remote control of Z-Wave devices, etc.) then the Surety Home plan would be needed.
Service through Surety is offered on a month to month basis and plans can be altered at any time. Here you will find plan features and pricing:
While we do not carry the 433MHz version of the Qolsys panel on our website, it can be found directly here
