I have just paired about 25 pgp9303 units, but two of them do not seem to be working. They paired fine, they show full battery, they can receive the “test LED” ok. They send a tamper alert when back is opened. The can be factory rested and added again no problem. The only think they are not doing is showing any LED change at all when magnet status changes. I am bench testing - have not installed yet so it is not a gap problem. Any ideas? Is it just two bad mechanical switches?
In programming, press edit sensor and select the faulty ones. Make sure the LED option is set to be on. Then, test by placing the magnet. Does the RED LED flash when aligning the magnet and removing it? If not, then they will be faulty sensors.
