I performed a system reboot those morning and now I am getting the PGM Fire Trouble error message that I need assistance clearing.
I’ve sent some commands to refresh the system and I am not showing that error anymore. If it is still showing in Alarm.com, you may need to log out, then back in. Afterwards, does this go away? If not, is it still reporting at the keypad?
