PG9312 Sensor Malfunction

Hello, my system is reporting a sensor malfunction for a gate with a PG9312 as the sensor. I thought it was the batteries but I pulled them out and they are reading 1.5v+.

Nothing environmentally has changed. Sensor looks to be in good repair with no damage.

Any suggestions?
