Pause on calling emergency services while testing system

Hello,

I need to pause my alarm system from sending notifications so that emergency services don’t come to my house while our local fire marshal inspects the carbon monoxide and fire sensors. Is there a way of making this happen without removing those sensors from my system and then adding them again after the test? It would be easier to just schedule a time to disregard calls to EMS triggered by these sensors during a 2 hour block.

Yes, login to your system manager here and then navigate to the Test My System tab. There you can place your monitoring account on test mode for a selected length of time.

During test mode operators will not act on any alarms.
