Passcodes in 2GIG panel and Alarm.com Video

A few months back after a remodel, I hired a co-worker assist me in setting up service at my home. He installed the 2Gig security system, as well as outdoor cameras. Unfortunately, he is no longer working at my company and I cannot get ahold of him. I would like to connect the cameras to my Alarm.com app, as well as change any passcodes he may have had in my system. Unfortunately, I do not know how to do either.
