Panel won’t connect to Wifi

After a power outage my panel won’t connect to wifi. All other devices are connected perfectly fine. I powered down and restarted the panel with wifi success.

To troubleshoot:

  1. Reboot the router
  2. Disable Wi-Fi at the panel.
  • To disable Wi-Fi at the panel, navigate to: Settings > Advanced Settings > Enter Installer or Dealer Code > Wi-Fi > De-select the Activate Wi-Fi checkbox.
    • You may want to select the network the panel is connected to first and forget the network before disabling Wi-Fi
  1. Wait until the router is rebooted then enable Wi-Fi and reconnect the the desired network
  2. Test for resolution
