Panel tamper error

I have a panel tamper error/alert on my iq panel 2. I tried clearing on the panel but still see the alert in my mobile app. Any way I can easily clear this?

I saw some tutorials about opening the back of the panel but nothing happened that I’m aware of. I mistyped my code wrong once when disarming recently.
