I’ve tried a reboot. When I touch the temperature part of the display, I get a message saying weather not available. Not sure what to try next.
It looks like this is regarding a Basic Interactive account. Note that Forecast Weather to the panel is a feature of Gold Interactive service. You can view included features here.
