Panel Motion Detector

Hi, I have a IQ Panel 4, is there anyway I can use the motion detector or camera on the panel to detect when a person is seen and trigger a notification to my phone, or upload a picture, or video?

How To Configure Qolsys IQ Panel 2 and 4 Camera image uploads for alarms or local disarms

Qolsys IQ Panel 2 and 4 camera images uploads for local disarms and alarms can be configured using the Alarm.com Website. Captured images are saved in the Images event gallery on the ADC Website or mobile app. When the Qolsys IQ Panel camera alarm image uploads are enabled, a panel camera image is captured whenever the panel goes into alarm. Thanks unless I missed something this is when the panel is used to arm/disarm.
Is it no tpossible to have it detect motion using its camera and send picture when armed?

Alarms are also covered in the guide above, which is closer to what you describe, however you cannot create additional rules for the panel camera. Local Disarms and Alarm events are the two scenarios which can upload images from the panel camera.
