Hello, I recently had an IQ Panel 4 installed. About a month after installation I was sitting in the living room and the panel began making the tone it makes when it loses ac power over and over but it had not lost ac power. This when on for 30 seconds or so and then stopped. I notified the company and they came out and installed a new one. The new one did the same thing some time later.
Another issue with the panel is that i was able to upgrade it to 4.4.2 but when i use the patch tag iqpanel4.5.1 and select upgrade using network it checks and says no updates available even though I know 4.5.1 is.
Thanks so much for the speedy reply. No failures at all. brand new install. Makes the ac power loss chime a bunch of times but when you look at the area where it shows issues it says power connected. Odd i know!
Unfortunately it says the same for 4.5.2. No updates available. I am in canada. My other alarm panel (iqpanel 4) at a different location with a different company updated no issue to 4.5.1
