Panel has not responded

I got an alert at 8:00 pm that my alarm has not responded since 2:03 pm. IQ2+ panel. Any reason why this might have happened. Can not arm or disarm from the app.

That’s pretty much what I did. Through the advanced menu I did a “reboot”. Came right back online. Now only time will tell and if it comes back I guess it’s the panel. Thanks Jason
