Panel glass break alarm trigger


My panel glass break trigger and I think it triggered the alarm, however I did not receive any notification on my app and I don’t think the police were called.

Can you verify this information for me?


I see this alarm event in your history, and I see it in the monitoring station history, but it looks like your monitoring account was placed on test mode through the system manager on 7/4. While on test mode, operators will not act on alarm events coming in.

An alarm notification was generated and sent in response to that event in to an email address and a push notification device.

How do I put it off test mode?


You can clear test mode, or reapply test mode at any time in the system manager linked here, by visiting the Test my System tab.
