To confirm, PowerG works on the IQ Remote but you have wireless sensors you aren’t using that are trying to connect to the main panel when pairing via Auto-Learn Mode?
If that is the case most likely these are motion sensors that are being triggered when you are trying to pair the IQ Remote via Auto-Learn Mode. You would want to power those sensors down before accessing Auto-Learn Mode to avoid that issue.
Was this unit Master Reset before you re-paired and did the issue still occur after the Master Reset?
What about power? Are you using the included 12V Power Supply on the IQ Remote PG with the included cable, or an existing cable run?
I have old sensors which are connected to a wireless translator which I dont want to include. They started popping up when I tried auto-learn. So I shut down auto learn. I dont know how to do a PowerG connection without auto learn.
I would rather pair it without auto learn. I dont want to get into disconnecting sensors.
The remote we are having issues with is connected via an in-wall cable that was installed by the original installer. So yes that is an existing cable run. However it has been working perfectly until now. The only issue was the out of sync weather which affected all the remote panels. This is the only one which is not re-paired properly.

IQ Remote PG is intended to be paired across PowerG via Auto-Learn Mode.
You can pair it via PowerG manually but you need the Sensor ID. This is not printed on the panel, nor can it be found through IQ Remote panel programming when connected via Wi-Fi. The format should be 380-XXXX or similar.
While the sensor ID might be printed on the box it came in (cannot confirm at this time) the only way to confirm the Sensor ID is to Auto-Learn the IQ Remote PG and grab the ID From the sensor settings page. A bit of a catch 22.
If the Sensor ID can be found on the box, at the main panel navigate to Installation > Devices > Security Sensors > Add Sensor to manually program via PowerG. Program as desired, then click Pair PowerG on the IQ Remote to finalize that connection.
Do you see any errors in the logs?
I show the device, Bedroom Panel, reporting a malfunction on 3/29/2026 and 3/25/2026. This indicates a loss of communication.
The remote we are having issues with is connected via an in-wall cable that was installed by the original installer.
As long as that cable meets specs, is connected at both ends correctly and the 12V power supply is in use you should be good. From the manual:
12vDC Transformer: Use 18AWG wire no longer than 98.5 ft to ensure sufficient
power is received at the panel. The minimum permissible wire size shall
not be smaller than 22 AWG
