So nothing I do is pairing any of my switches, I have honeywell, Eaton, GE, EVO Logix brands and none of them are pairing. I think it’s because they are still included on the old IQ 2 panel.
Z-Wave devices store Z-Wave network information on them. If they were previously associated with another system they will need to be Cleared from the network first before they can be added. For Each Z-Wave Device being added from the old panel:
- Clear the device
- Pair the device
Once all devices are paired and they are in their installation points (including the panel) run a Z-Wave Network Rediscovery.
Additionally, distance can be a factor for communication. You may need to bring the panel closer to the switch (while running on battery power) to clear/pair.
