I installed a Honeywell sensor for my exterior gate…I am able to get it to work through a “walk test” however normally it is not showing when it opens and closes with the magnet…I have tried this standing infront of the panel. Can you please check my setting on my Ridgefield account…thanks…
On the 2GIG Panel any zone programmed as a RF Sensor Type (23) No Response Type will not show open/close on the panel home screen, but will generate ADC notifications and will chime if chimes are enabled for it at the panel.
