Is there a switch you would recommend for an outdoor gate. Need something that will survive moisture and heat!
If you are looking for a sensor which can be placed directly in an outdoor environment, the Honeywell 5816OD is the best bet. The operating temp range is pretty extreme. This would be directly compatible with systems utilizing 345 Mhz Honeywell sensors.
