App seams to be flawed. Don’t remember the password and the app goes in circles when trying to reset.
One thing to check: if you are trying to reset an Alarm.com password and are answering a security question, note that pressing the enter key will trigger the logout button in the top right of the page. You will need to tab to the submit button, or click on the button.
Also note that too many incorrect login attempts will temporarily lock out an account, which looks like what you are seeing currently. I’ve unlocked that for you to try the reset procedure now.
