I did factory reset but still not able to garage door. Keep getting below message.
Registration was unsuccessful for this device. Please factory reset the device, reconnect to an internet network, then try registering again. Serial Number -
A MyQ gateway cannot be added successfully in Alarm.com if it is already registered in the MyQ app. The same message will show up if that is the issue.
Make sure to check the MyQ app and delete the Gateway so it can be registered in ADC.
