No Video Feed on ADC-V622-WELL

I set up an ADC-V622-WELL a few days ago. Everything was working okay for a couple of days, and then I noticed yesterday that the image is just black and white bars.

I’ve tried a number of things to troubleshoot:

  • Reboot the camera
  • Check for a firmware upgrade (it says I’m running 0.5.4.113 and it reports the most current version as 05.4.113)
  • Ensure sufficient network coverage (wireless signal strength is 78%)
  • Remove the camera from my ADC account, factory reset it, and reinstall it.

However, nothing seems to be working. Is this a hardware failure? Any other troubleshooting thoughts?

If you have factory reset to no effect then I would expect this is an unrecoverable hardware failure. Check with the vendor of that camera (support@suretyhome.com if from us) for warranty info!

Was this one new or used? If that’s a new camera you should be able to get a warranty processed quick and easy for that kind of failure at least.
