No recording notifications after outage

Hey surety Team,

Since that huge ADC outage the other day I am no longer getting clip notifications or other notifications (disarm etc) from ADC. This is even after rebuilding the recording rules and notifications. Any idea on what to do? Recording are still happening and cameras are doing perimeter alert and everything else like normal just no notifications. Thanks!

I am seeing push notifications generated for two devices on your account, lots of them for video analytics recently, for example.

Are you looking for different notification recipients or are these push notifications not being received?

If these push notifications are what you are missing, try first rebooting the two recipient devices.

After restarting and reinstalling the app I am not getting any notifications still. It is also show no options for notification setting if I go to alarm.com in my iPhone settings app and does not appear in the list of apps under the notifications section in settings


Did you re-enable push notifications within the Alarm.com app? This would be in the app itself, under menu > notifications > push notifications (toggle)

What version of iOS is that?

Oops I misunderstood what you were saying the first time. I have enabled that in the app now. I’ll see if it works while I’m doing yard work and report back

Its working now. I figured out it was where i logged out of the app during the outage and back in it saw the phone as a new device so I had to delete the old entry for my phone and all rules and geo automations and rebuild them and now everything is all good! Thanks for the help Jason!
