I am in TEST MODE with my surety iQ4 panel account.
I feel I have never been in active / LIVE mode ( as in NO TEST MODE ) even tho I pay and subscribe.
Glad I just contacted monitoring and was told that there appears to be a current communication problem.
Jessica in monitoring did tell me that it worked properly in the past but it is showing a problem - issue at this point : WED aug 27th approx 11-49 am.
I need detailed info on this issue and precisely what the problem is???
I now get the notifications that the system has been up and running long enough where it determine communi problems
and irregularities.
I gotta wonder IF TEST MODE has an effect on this noti?
I want to be this system is perfect before I go live with it.

I am not showing any communication issues on the account. It appears there was some confusion on the part of the monitoring operator regarding what a Test Timer signal is and how it functions. Additional training has been requested for this operator.
The Timer Test referenced by the operator here occurs once a day. A signal is generated and sent from Alarm.com and received at the monitoring station to ensure communication. Looks like its occurring around 7 PM daily but the time is not exact day to day. The last successful one occurred on 8/26. The next one would occur today around the same time.
To clarify, Timer Test is separate from the Alarm.com 1-Hour supervision add-on enabled on your account. With the supervision set to hourly, Alarm.com pings the module every 15 minutes. If three of these pings are consecutively missed, Alarm.com sends a Panel Not Responding signal to report that there has been no communication for the last hour.

I am showing that the monitoring account has been placed on test mode by the end user either through calling operators directly or through the website virtually every day since account set up. Your 24/7 professional monitoring account is currently on test mode until 9/1/2025 per a recent request.

No. The system is still communicating when on Test Mode with the monitoring station. Signals are still processed and sent by Alarm.com to the monitoring station however events are not acted upon by monitoring operators while the system is on test.
