No cell phone test icon

I can’t find a cell test icon. I have tried finding it by clicking on the 2gig on the bottom right of the screen, and entering the installer code, of by clicking on menu and entering the master code. Where there should be a test cell phone icon, there is none

This means that the panel does not see that a cell module is installed.

For a 2GIG GC2 that almost always means that either:

  1. The cell module was physically swapped while the panel was powered up (always power down the system to make physical modifications inside)
    OR
  2. The panel firmware is not sufficient. New modules need version 1.19.4

If 1, power cycle the panel, unplug the transformer first, then battery. Wait 60 seconds, plug in battery, close up panel, plug in transformer. Make sure both antenna are connected to the module.

If you have 1.19.4 and power cycling does not fix it, go into programming and be sure that Q91 is set to 1.
