NO ARM AWAY at all

as it states panel stuck on armed stay - WILL NOT ARM AWAY ??
I tried it ten times and panel refuses to away !!!
I set up many different parameters 24 hrs ago and now I cannot even get
to the keypad sys to enter into installer / device set up mode.

1 - HOW DO I unlock the initial pad when it sleeps ??
I know i need to change settings somewhere canot even acesss that area.

I searched youtube google many many times — useless

To clarify,

  • Is the panel stuck on Armed Stay and you cannot disarm the panel,
  • Is Arm Away not an option from the panels arming screen,
  • Or is Arm Away an option but panel reverts to Arm Stay after arming away
    • This is governed by the Auto Stay setting under the Security and Arming section of programming

Do you not have the Installer Code (default 1111) or can you not access the keypad screen at all.
