I’m happy to be a new member of the ADC family. not sure if this is interesting or welcome - but I’ll post anyway 
I came from a vivint system, and also have experience with ADT. I wanted to pass along some wish list items. some come from features I used to have (and miss) and some come from things I think would enhance the ADC experience.
I’ll put the request in bold - and then some reasons / examples of why I think they’d be useful underneath.
Wish list / feature requests:

multiple date ranges for users

Pet / house sitter - multiple visits planned

Cleaning people - multiple visits planned

would be really nice to be able to go in and enter ranges as I know I need them, rather than having to remember that one range passed / expired, and I have to go in and add another

also pet peeve, but when I select a start date - the website / app should automatically populate the end date with the start date, instead of me having to go to end date and then push the calendar forward to the start date

Ability to turn recording / notifications / recording on all cameras for a period of time

Gardner / Pool maintenance show up - try not to annoy them or neighbors

I can certainly do that (and do) manually - but selecting all the recording / notification rules

so maybe a “scene” where I could turn them off for a period of time?

Ability to use cameras as doorbell chimes
- Outside in backyard - someone rings doorbell, have it ring on patio camera

Reorder items on panel (ie move cameras to second screen, garage to 3rd, etc)

it’s helpful to me to glance at the panel before I arm, etc to see if there are any sensors open

maybe green = unarmed + all sensors closed

maybe off = unarmed + some sensors open

Ability to arm system when lock is locked via keypad (pressing lock button)

Voice alert on panel only for unknown (not known) faces

Enable deter / perimeter guard on doorbell only when packages present
- you guys helped me setup rules to turn on perimeter guard only when the system is armed (which is great) - but even with my system disarmed, it would be great to be able to turn on perimeter guard with packages present

Ability to add multiple locks to fire / smoke / co2 trigger
- you guys made a note in my account that should there be smoke / fire / co2 that emergency services should use a specific door
- in the even that door was blocked it would be great if the other doors were unlocked too
