I installed a new Alarm.com smart thermostat and was able to link it to my main alarm base but cannot add it to my surety APP. Does it cost extra to control a smart thermostat through the app? Any help is greatly appreciated
Automation devices support for things like locks, lights, and thermostats is included in the Home and Complete plans through Surety.
The Alarm and Protect plans do not support Alarm.com automation device control.
You can update your plan at any time in our system manager here. Changes made in the system manager take place immediately on your account.
