I have recently bought a house that has all of the security systems already installed. The only issue is the small TouchPad in the bedroom will not update to the new firmware. I was wondering if I’m doing something wrong?

I have recently bought a house that has all of the security systems already installed. The only issue is the small TouchPad in the bedroom will not update to the new firmware. I was wondering if I’m doing something wrong?
There are a number of different security systems all with different processes for updating firmware. Before we can begin to update the firmware on this touchpad, we’ll need to know what brand and type of panel it is. If you can’t find the name on the panel your best bet may be to attach a picture of it to this post. The brand name and type of main panel would also be helpful for troubleshooting purposes.

Once you have determined the panel type you currently have, you’ll need to find the package that best suits your needs. We offer both the Basic Interactive and Gold Interactive packages.
