New Phone, No Notifications

Hi Surety Team!

Have a tricky one here. I replaced by phone with a new one and can no longer get any notifications from the ADC app or use geofence for turning lights on. I went in the manage devices screen and deleted the old phone then logged out and back in on the ADC app on my new phone but for some reason it will not add my new phone as a device on my account just my iPad. I have done this exact process before and everything worked. Any idea why ADC wont register my new phone so I can use it as a notification destination and Geofence device? It is an iPhone 16 on FirstNet (AT&T) running iOS 18 and the newest ADC app version.

Have you enabled push notifications within the app while using the new phone?

In order to add a new phone to the device list, you must login to Alarm.com on that phone, then open settings in the app > Notifications > turn on Push Notifications for that device.

Similarly, you would enable Geo services within that device’s Alarm.com app settings, then you will be able to view it and select it when editing rules/notifications.
