I had an issue with my panel and received a new one for installation. I need to clear all the existing sensors and z wave devices from my account to set the system up again. I can’t quite figure out how to do this. Any help would be appreciated
Are you looking to remove devices from the old panel or from Alarm.com?
If you mean the old panel, you don’t need to really delete anything from it. Sensors can be added to the new panel and Z-wave devices can be cleared by the new panel then added to it. Let me know if you have any questions on this.
If you mean in Alarm.com (this sounds like what you are referencing) this will automatically happen once you swap the IMEI number associated with your account to the one for the new panel.
You can do this at any time in the System Manager here by selecting Swap Cellular Module/Panel.
Have you already done that swap?
