New IQ Pro not activating cellular

Just installed an IQ Pro system and was able to get it connect to WiFi and communicating with alarm.com web portal which I also assume monitoring would work if I disabled test mode in system manager? Also how can I get the cellular to activate. I have ran a cellular test in the IQ Installer app multiple times and see it say waiting on CS Response then it just sits there until it times out. I do have Verizon coverage in my area as my cellphone has service in the same closet that my panel is in. If I cant get a strong enough signal is it possible to get a ATT communication card to swap it out and also anything you can see on the backend as to what may be keeping the cellular from activating? Its driving me crazy.

Problem 2: When I send commands from ADC or the app, the commands are very delayed until the system acknowledges and annunciates the change in state. I am assuming this is because I am using the system on wifi currently and also my keypads are PowerG remotes that are PowerG paired? I did this as I assume PowerG is safer since it does not require the wifi to be online to communicate with the panel. Is this accurate thinkings?

I’ve sent some pings to your system, and it looks like the cellular portion is successfully sending pings, but not receiving pings. This sometimes occurs on Qolsys equipment after registration and can typically be resolved by rebooting.

You can reboot the IQ Pro in the IQ Installer app under Configuration > Reboot.

In terms of communicating with Alarm.com, the system will use both Wi-Fi and cellular at the same time. Generally, Wi-Fi will be the quicker of the two, but if the connection to Wi-Fi is slower, you may see slower performance if cellular is not working properly.

IQ Remote PowerG keypads can have more of a delay when they’re connected via PowerG vs Wi-Fi. Connecting them to the panel via PowerG may make the connection more reliable and allow them to work when the Wi-Fi network is down. If you have infrequent power outages or your Wi-Fi network has a battery backup, connecting them via Wi-Fi would be similar in terms of reliability, and they would respond faster.

Hi Nicholas! I have rebooted and see a successful cellular test. Can you confirm you see everything normal from yalls side?

Perfect! Looks good over here. The system is responding to pings on both cellular and broadband now.
